Quinceañera FAQ
How many guests can Grand Rose hold?
Our ballroom comfortably hosts up to 200 guests, with room for dinner, the dance floor and every family tradition.
How much time do we get?
Every package gives you 10 hours with us. With Prime, Luxe and Vogue, that’s 4 hours in our suites to get ready and 6 hours to celebrate, and our team cleans up after. Venue Only gives you 10 hours to set up, celebrate and clean up, and more hours can be added.
Is there a place for her and her court to get ready?
Yes! We have two getting ready suites, so she and her court have their own space.
Do you recommend a choreographer?
Yes! Princess Dream Choreography helps with the waltz and surprise dance. You can find them on our Vendors We Love page.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. Outside vendors are welcome with a quick approval from us. Bringing your own caterer has a $3.50 per guest fee. We always recommend our own event staff. If you choose not to use them, outside caterers must be full service, which means they bring their own staff onsite to keep your reception running smoothly. If your caterer isn’t full service, our event staff will be required.
How do we hold our date?
A $1,500 retainer saves your date, then easy monthly payments are spread out, with everything paid in full two months before her celebration.
