Celebration FAQ
How many guests can Grand Rose hold?
Our ballroom comfortably hosts up to 200 guests.
Do you have savings for weekday parties?
Yes! Monday through Thursday events receive 30% off, Friday and Sunday events receive $1,000 off, and events within 90 days receive 25% off. One discount can be used per booking.
Can we bring our own decorations or vendors?
Of course. Outside vendors are welcome with a quick approval from us, and Venue Only is perfect if you want to decorate yourself. Outside caterers have a $3.50 per guest fee. We always recommend our own event staff. If you choose not to use them, outside caterers must be full service, which means they bring their own staff onsite to keep your reception running smoothly. If your caterer isn’t full service, our event staff will be required.
How do we save our date?
A $1,500 retainer saves your date, with easy monthly payments after that.
