Wedding FAQ
How many guests can Grand Rose hold?
Our ballroom comfortably hosts up to 200 guests, with room for your dinner, dance floor and every family tradition.
Can we have our ceremony and reception in one place?
Yes! Every package includes our indoor ceremony space, and you can also say your vows outside in the garden. Your guests never have to drive anywhere.
How much time do we get?
Every package gives you 10 hours with us. With Prime, Luxe and Vogue, that’s 4 hours in our suites to get ready and 6 hours to celebrate, and our team cleans up after. Venue Only gives you 10 hours to set up, celebrate and clean up, and more hours can be added.
Is there a place to get ready?
Yes! We have two getting ready suites, one for each side of the wedding party.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. Outside vendors are welcome with a quick approval from us, and bringing your own caterer is welcome too, with a $3.50 per guest fee. We always recommend our own event staff. If you choose not to use them, outside caterers must be full service, which means they bring their own staff onsite to keep your reception running smoothly. If your caterer isn’t full service, our event staff will be required.
How do we hold our date?
A $1,500 retainer saves your date, then easy monthly payments are spread out until two months before your wedding.
